Pulmonary rehabilitation is for people with a diagnosed respiratory condition such as COPD, bronchiectasis, interstitial lung diseases and asthma. It focuses on improving physical fitness, quality of life and confidence.

We provide rapid assessment for West Norfolk patients who have been admitted to hospital but want to remain in their own home.
