Norfolk cardiac rehabilitation

Cardiac rehabilitation encourages people affected by cardiac disease to achieve and maintain good physical and psychological health. The service offers an 8 week intensive cardiac rehabilitation programme delivered by a multidisciplinary team.

Each course consists of a pre-course assessment, 6 consecutive sessions and a final discharge assessment.

• Further exercise in the community
• Risk factors for heart disease
