Norfolk Stroke Rehabilitation Service

If you have recently had a stroke and stayed in hospital, we may be able to help. We offer rehabilitation to help with moving and talking.

To use this service, you will need to be referred by a health professional from the hospital. This means you must have stayed in hospital after having a stroke.

The hospital will refer you into the service that is best for your health needs. You may be referred into our service or a different service.

If you are referred into our service, we will contact you to make an appointment or explain what will happen next.
