Welcome to our service

Our service provides a comprehensive wheelchair service. Our services are available to residents registered with a Norfolk GP surgery.

Please be aware, we do not provide services to residents in Great Yarmouth or Waveney.

What to do if you develop a pressure sore from your wheelchair

If you have developed a pressure sore from using your NHS wheelchair, contact our wheelchair services. We will raise a clinical referral for you.

A member of the our team will be in contact with you within 3 working days.

Wheelchair Assessment Service

We assess and provide equipment for people with a long-term need for a wheelchair. This could be from a long-term disability or medical condition that significantly affects your ability to walk for at least 6 months.

Wheelchair Repair Service (WRS)

We support, maintenance and repairs. NHS wheelchairs provided on loan are maintained by the Wheelchair Repairs Service (WRS).

Returning old or unused equipment

To return your or your loved one's wheelchair or equipment, call 01603 780914.

We will arrange for it to be collected within 7 working days.

We can repair, recycle and reuse old or unwanted wheelchairs.
