We support patients who need help managing ongoing treatment for chronic skin conditions such as psoriasis or eczema.
Our service cares for children and adults.
A diagnosis should already have been made and a treatment plan prescribed. However, this can be adjusted to suit the patient's condition and needs where appropriate.
Home visits may be offered in specific circumstances.
