Apprenticeships
An apprenticeship is a paid role where you work and study for a qualification. You will spend at least 20% of your working hours training. At the end of your apprenticeship, you will have a recognised qualification. At our Trust, you will be supported throughout your apprenticeship.
Apprenticeships are for people of all ages. You may want to change your career path or use it to return to work. There is no upper age limit for an apprenticeship.

You may find an apprenticeship helpful if you are:
- a school leaver
- returning to work
- looking to change careers
We also offer apprenticeships to existing staff who want to progress in their role or career.
