Our QI Academy has a wide range of learning and training opportunities at several levels.

You do not need to complete everything. You can pick the level that suits your goals. Whether you are looking to boost your personal development, building awareness or become a quality improvement leader in your team.

All courses are designed to support continuous growth and development. At the heart of our approach is Think QI, our methodology for driving quality improvement.

We have developed an exciting range of training sessions focused on equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to thrive.

Beginner masterclasses

SkillUp Programme

4 days of in-person training. You will have access to online courses, support and a certificate of completion.

Join us for a deeper dive into quality improvement. This is a richer learning opportunity covering all the contents of each Masterclass, delivered in person. Discover how to start, implement, and evaluate changes. Put the theory into practice with this modular course which covers the fundamental aspects of quality improvement.

You will learn:

• how to apply the Think QI model in your work environment
• key methodologies in improvement
• how to use improvement tools and approaches to:  
  • identify, analyse and improve processes
  • use data to inform improvement opportunities
  • design changes inclusively with others
  • understand the impact of change on people and initiate successful engagement
  • evaluate changes and continue improvements

This course will be helpful for people with:

• an interest in learning something new
• experience of making changes and interested in learning more
• a desire to make improvements which benefit our service users, your fellow colleagues and you
