QI Academy
We offer training including a dynamic foundation programme. This training is free to staff in our Trust and we have a pricing plan on request for all other interested learners.
NHS Impact training
Quality Improvement training delivered by NHS Impact includes practical insights and a focus on wider operational management. It complements our in-house QI Academy offer for our staff, designed specifically for the Community Health field.

QI coaching and mentoring
We offer QI Coaching to colleagues in our Trust. QI Coaching combines the Think QI model with a coaching approach to unlock innovative, effective and sustainable solutions.
