What we do

We help people who use our services, their families and carers. We are a team within the Trust.

We want to find the solutions to any problems or concerns you have as quickly as possible.

Information and advice

We can give information and advice about our services and local advocacy providers.

If we are unable to help you, we will tell you about other local services who can help.

Feedback, compliments and complaints

If you want to provide feedback or express your concerns, we can help.

We can let you know how to provide feedback. We will support you through the complaints process. We will be your main point of contact throughout.

As part of our role, we make sure that your comments, compliments and concerns are heard and used to improve the Trust's services.

Advocacy

It can be hard to tell other people about your experience and perspective on a situation. It can also be hard to find the right information and support for you and your needs.

Advocates help people to explain their perspective and get the support they need. Advocates are independent. They work with the NHS but are not part of the NHS.

POhWER

Cambridgeshire, Luton, Norfolk, Peterborough and Suffolk advocacy provider. Call 0300 456 2364.

VoiceAbility

Bedfordshire advocacy provider. Call 0300 330 5454.
