Norfolk Neurological Rehabilitation Outpatient Service

We offer patients holistic, patient-centred specialist neurological rehabilitation care and support. We aim to enable people with complex acquired brain damage and non-progressive neurological conditions to develop the knowledge and skills needed for optimal physical, cognitive, psychological and social function.

We also offer complex tone management of progressive conditions and case management of those patients with highly complex rehabilitation needs.

This service is based at The Colman Hospital.
