Norfolk Diabetes Community Service

This service helps patients over the age of 18, who have diabetes and may need specialist help with their diabetes

Patients can be seen at different places across West Norfolk or at home.

We offer diabetes education sessions for people newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes are offered at different venues throughout West Norfolk.
