Norfolk cardiac rehabilitation
Cardiac rehabilitation encourages people affected by cardiac disease to achieve and maintain good physical and psychological health. The service offers an 8 week intensive cardiac rehabilitation programme delivered by a multidisciplinary team.
Each course consists of a pre-course assessment, six consecutive sessions and a final discharge assessment.

- The benefits of exercise
- The heart - how it works
- Medication and treatments
- Stress and relaxation
- Further exercise in the community
- Risk factors for heart disease
- Healthy eating
Referral
We accept referrals from cardiac consultants and other health professionals.
We do not accept Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) patient referrals.

Wednesday - Aylsham Town Hall.
Thursday - Swaffham Community Centre.
Friday - Cloverhill Village Hall, Bowthorpe, Norwich.
