Luton Parkinson's Service

Our Parkinson’s Service provides specialist support for adults living with Parkinson’s disease. We help you maintain your independence and quality of life.

We offer:

• assessment
• personal care planning
• medication management
• mobility
• communications
• ongoing management tailored to your individual needs

We provide support in community settings. This includes patients’ home and local clinics across Luton.

To ensure coordinated and seamless care, we work closely with consultants, GP’s, specialist nurses, hospital teams and carers.
