Our Parkinson’s Service provides specialist support for people living with Parkinsons’s helping them maintain independency and quality of life.
The Service offers assessment, personal care planning, medication management, mobility, communications, and ongoing management tailored to individual needs.
Support is delivered in community settings, including patients’ home and local clinic across Luton.
We work closely with Consultants, GP’s, Specialist Nurses, hospital teams, and carers to ensure coordinated and seamless care.
Referral
Referrals are accepted from healthcare professionals such as GP’s, Consultants, Specialist Nurses via email eec.luton.parkinsonsservice@nhs.net. Please speak your healthcare provider about accessing the service.
