The Child Development Centre in Hill Rise, Kempston, is celebrating turning 50 years old.
The CDC offers assessment, therapy, educational support and family guidance, both on-site and in the community, for young people from birth to 18 years old, and up to 25 years for those with SEND.
There will be a special event at the CDC today which brings together past and present staff to share stories about their contributions to providing care from the building. This event will highlight the expertise and professionalism that all staff who have worked there over the last five decades.
